Job Description

We’re looking for an individual with an education and/or experience in advertising/marketing for an entry- or mid-level account executive position. The account executive is responsible for daily contact between the agency and clients. The account executive interfaces with various agency departments to move projects through on behalf of clients. This includes meeting with the creative director concerning creative issues and input, the media director concerning media issues, the production manager concerning scheduling and timing and interacting with outside partners. The account executive understands how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences. This person must have a love of the new, a passion for digital trends, and an understanding of consumers and brands. This job requires that you be extremely organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Creativity and problem-solving skills are key for the role.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages the implementation and integration of clients’ marketing plans utilizing a variety of platforms and media, both digital and traditional;
  • Expected to think strategically and partner with our internal teams to support digital and traditional advertising initiatives;

· Collaborates for the successful management of digital strategies for client brands. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a client business and drive growth opportunities;

· Plans the approach to digital initiatives including website development, campaigns, search and online advertising campaigns and email marketing programs, as well as making recommendations regarding emerging digital and new technologies;

  • Responsible for project management and maintaining day-to-day direct communication with clients;
  • Collaborates with team to create and execute multimedia communication strategies;
  • Collaborates with creative, production, media team members and other personnel;
  • Creates and coordinates project timelines, manages budgets, client approvals and status reports;
  • Assists in developing creative briefs and media briefs and oversee plan development, execution and follow-up;
  • Assists in developing agency recommendations or other work to be presented to the client;
  • Develops strong internal relationships with all agency disciplines;
  • Effectively presents, sells and defends agency work/proposals to clients;
  • Assists the creative development process by providing clear feedback for revisions as needed;
  • Assists in developing advertising strategies and understand research techniques;
  • Manages client budgets and reviews/approves client billing.

Additional Digital Media Experience (a plus):

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords accounts;
  • Experience in a variety of digital marketing channels;
  • Experience managing Social Media accounts;
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns;
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and driving qualified traffic through digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

Website Development Project Management (a plus):

  • Experience ensuring web site project scope is defined and documented and expectations are fully managed;
  • Experience guiding the content analysis, visual enhancement, development, and content migration;
  • Experience managing project schedules for medium and large Website development projects.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
